Can you care for my dog with special needs?
We are able to accomodate most special needs including:
- Special diet / feeding schedules
- medications
- Insulin injections can be done by experienced staff.
Whats your spay/neuter policy?
Dog's over one year must be spayed or neutered to participate in group play.
Is there 24 hour staff supervision for my pet?
No. The facility is manned between the hours of 6:00am-8:00pm. We have a state of the art security system as well as 24 hour sound and video survellience to ensure comfort and saftey.
Do you have webcams available?
We do not. We take care of a wide range of clients, inculdling families who are in tough situations. For their safety, we do not live stream the cameras to the public or clients. We want everyone to feel safe leaving their furbabies with us, and this is one of the ways we do.
If you would like to see your pup playing, we do post often on our social medias. We also offer photo updates for an additional charge.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy states that reservations that are not cancelled 24hours before the reservation will be charged the full service fee. For overnight stays around holidays, we do charge a fee for (2) nights. No discounts or packages can be used to cover these fees.

Can I come tour the facility?
Absolutely! We do require a call ahead of time to schedule a time that ensures we have the staff to take you around and pups are not in rest times. We ask that you leave your pets at home for the tour.
